MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. Support End-user’s Services:
• Direct the development, implementation, and administration of all IT support matters.
• Support in troubleshooting end user’s issues, installation of hardware, OS, application, printer, scanner, mobile devices email management. Provide onboard/offboard and other IT support ticket requests.
• Support users to facilitate the meeting sessions (Video/audio conference, projector).
• Keep the IT inventory list updated at all times. Manage hardware/software and inventory fixed assets reconciliation with Finance & Accounting periodically.
• Control IT procurement and ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
• Negotiate and manage outsourcing vendors and ensure timely delivery of their deliverables.
• Provide onsite IT support at other project sites.2. System & Network Maintenance Services:
• Daily monitoring of network & system to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor the scheduled backup jobs, re-run the failed jobs, and perform restore from backup.
• Monitor, perform regular update & patching for network & system.
• Planning and testing network & system before deploying.
• Maintain Server Room and participate in Business Continuity Plan/Disaster Recovery Plan.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or Information Technology-related.
• At least 5 years of working experience in IT Operations for MNCs is preferred.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge about implementation, management, and operation of IT infrastructure systems.
• Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MS Exchange, Active Directory, and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies in both software and hardware, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills in Vietnamese & English and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team, as well as to perform independently.
• Willingness to learn in a fast pace working environment.
• Proactive in understanding business and anticipating needs to offer recommendations.
